What’s the difference with psychotherapy?
I focus on obstacles and action plans to achieve a clearly defined goal. For coaching to take place, there must be a project and a goal to reach. My support is future-oriented and has a predetermined duration. There is a beginning and an end.
Additionally, I use proven techniques that help you effectively release trauma or eliminate your blockages and repetitive patterns.
Trained in active listening, questioning, and therapy, I use various techniques that can be combined (RTT, HAVENING, etc.). I open new perspectives and employ levers to unblock situations and work deeply on your anxieties, enabling you to free yourself and move toward autonomy. The transformation achieved leads to change with complete serenity.

Between the urgent goals to achieve, the multitude of tasks to complete, and the ups and downs of your personal life, you feel lost. You struggle to maintain a healthy balance in your daily life. You want to better manage your stress, control your impulses, stay grounded in the face of difficult behaviors (criticism, aggression, etc.), learn to handle conflicts, stay on course during tough times, improve your communication, and become more flexible.
My practice allows me to analyze your situation, remove your blockages, and guide you in implementing a concrete action plan — a personalized (re)centering plan to find the inspiration needed to recharge your vitality and permanently put bad stress aside.

Identification of the goal to be achieved or the specific discomfort caused by limiting beliefs or repetitive patterns (depression, loss of motivation, burnout, exhaustion, conflicts, anger, manipulation, toxic relationships, financial blockages, emotional management, love life, infertility, couple issues, children, etc.). Repetitive patterns, silent echoes of your past, often manifest subtly in your daily actions. Analyzing the origins of these repetitive patterns requires a deep dive into your past. By understanding how these patterns began, you will be better equipped to challenge and transform them.
